It's always a great time to put some new healthy living practices in place for you and your family! Living foods are one tool we can use to pursue and maintain whole health and full life. They are foods full of living, beneficial properties that promote and support health and life in our body. Real Sourdough Bread is one of those living foods.
Do you know the benefits of real sourdough bread? It's more easily digested, more nutritious, more satisfying than conventional bread AND it's virtually gluten free!
In this class you will get to sample a variety of fermented foods, like kefir, kombucha, fermented vegetables and, of course, sourdough bread fresh from the oven. You will also learn the benefits of fermented foods, how to get them in your diet, get a demonstration on how to make a real loaf of sourdough bread AND make your own dough ball to take home! You'll also take home your own mature sourdough starter.
The cost for class is $55 per person. Price includes a mature heirloom starter and dough ball. I provide all the ingredients necessary, you will just need to bring a large bowl and an apron.
